The location near bus services is convenient, and the spacious rooms offer stunning mountain views. Breakfast had a variety of options, including fantastic guacamole. While the security of the room doors raised some concerns, staff were exceptional, addressing issues promptly. The hot showers made for a comfortable stay, despite the long hill to reach the hotel.

I had a great experience during my one-night stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly accommodating, offering to help with luggage and providing a delicious breakfast that catered to my dietary needs. The location is a bit uphill, so be prepared for a walk, but the views make it worthwhile.

Family with children will appreciate it
So we got to this place after a long trek and they had staff waiting to help carry our bags while we had a sleeping baby. Breakfast was fresh every morning and we got hooked up with an awesome guide for Machu Picchu who really took care of us.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.

Had an awesome time with my friends here! The breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start for our trips to the hot springs and the ancient ruins. The staff were super helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
We did notice some odd smells due to the sewage system, which might be a downside for some guests.
